PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR BOUND BY THIS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE.
Please choose a right size from our size chart or contact us before placing an order. We have custom sizing option in our jacket design tool. You can provide your own jacket measurements.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Each jacket is carefully made with High quality Wool and Top Grain Cowhide Leather based on YOUR specifications. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a custom-made item. Even if there is no embroidery on your item, it is still considered custom-made since you are choosing the colors combination, size and other options related to the item you’ve purchased. We cut and sew jackets based on your requirements. If you have any change, or you have ordered a wrong jacket. You can contact us with your order within 24 hours. We will make the changes and will charge if there is any additional work. We do not exchange or refund any custom-made jackets. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right. So, please be 100% sure of your size choice and your color choices before completing your order. Our website contains a detailed and up-to-date Size Chart for your benefit. We are also offering custom sizing, that will help you to provide 100% your measurements. please see illustration on Size Chart page to know how to get correct measurements. If you are not sure of colors please provide color sample or code. Colors on your computer depend on your screen model, resolution, brand and many other factors. If you have a specific shade of a color, Please share it with us or ask us for a Swatch. Material are different between vendors. For example the wool might be thicker or lighter at other vendors or in a jacket that you had seen in the past. Our leather might be different from a certain type of leather that you have just seen and you expect ours to be the same. If you have a per-determined idea of a certain material, please ask us for a swatch before you place your order. All the above is YOUR responsibility. We still put the time and effort to make your custom-made item.
Exchange Policy:
In-Stock blank (non-decorated) jackets ONLY! Please ask us before purchase if the jacket belongs to a custom or non-custom category. Custom jackets cannot be returned / exchanged if the mistake is on your end. Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Please indicate the jacket you are returning and the new jacket you want. Be specific as possible when describing the new jacket. The jacket returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new jacket(s) shipping will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
Special Custom Orders:
Some times we deal with special orders (A special order that has unique requirements, buttons, labels and material) and custom orders are non returnable or cancel able. Personalized items are specially made for you and cannot be returned.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We always want your jacket on your back as soon as possible. A jacket with no decorations should be received in approx. 15 working days. A jacket with embellishment will take approx. 7 working days and shipping may take 3-5 working days. Always sooner if possible. We are not Mother Nature and have no control over weather conditions that impede delivery. We also don’t own DHL or FedEx and have no control over any shipping snafus. So, please plan accordingly when you are in a hurry for a jacket. Import duties , charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. these charges are buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
What to do once package is shipped:
Once you approve and we ship, this is your responsibility to receive the jacket. Delivery address cannot be changed once jacket is dispatched and handed over to Fedex / DHL. If jacket reaches destination and you do not receive Fedex / DHL will attempt 3 times and after that they will move the jacket in over goods yard. You won’t be able to receive your jacket then neither we will be able to help. So please be active and receive your jacket on time. Always try to provide your working phone number (preferably cell number) so you receive booking notification or reach us for tracking number.
