As an Japanese-souvenir-jacket (sukajan) enthusiast, I had been searching aggressively for a place to custom order one with very little success. I found CLJ and realized a satin varsity jacket would do the job pretty well. I thoroughly read all of the positive reviews and almost thought it was too good to be true, but jumped on in! I am so glad I did- the service team is incredibly fast and responsive, responding to my e-mails even during what would have been out of business hours for their time zone. The consultation process was quick and attentive, catching a silly error I had made in transcribing measurements. I had photos of my custom jacket well before the timeline specified in the service guidelines, and they were beautiful and exciting! My jacket shipped the next day via DHL (and managed to arrive a full two days before DHL’s ETA.) My jacket is beautiful, amazingly well-crafted, and the embroidery is perfectly true to my original designs. I am enthralled! Despite it being the middle of June, I want to wear it everywhere 🙂 CLJ gave amazing service and incredible product under an unbelievable timeline (I ordered my jacket June 2nd, and received it -in Canada- today, June 19th.) I will definitely be using their services again in the future and am recommending them to all of my friends. Order with them- you will not be disappointed!
