I had some problems with the website and clicking and saving all the changes so when I did get the product, the patches were not included, so I was frustrated with not having a last ability to look at the coat before purchasing it, like you can do on some web-sites. Although I couldn’t return the coat, it is really of great quality and I am impressed by how well it done. The wait to get it delivered (three weeks to a month) is a pain, but the quality is exceptional.
