I was drawn to make an order with the site, not only because of the great customizations provided, but because of the amount of quality reviews from satisfied customers. I can proudly say I am not disappointed. The customer service is outstanding, with fast response and an in depth attention to detail. Most of all, I couldn’t be more grateful for making sure I made proper measurements, by their recommendation. Not only did they follow my exact design, but this is now the most well fitting jacket I own, it is amazingly comfortable.
