I was very nervous making a purchase from a company in such a far away country. Did not expect it before Christmas. I purchased on Nov 30th and received an email on Dec 5 with many pictures of of my order for my approval. I approved the order on Dec 9, they shipped it on Dec 10th and it arrived on Dec 13. I couldn’t be happier with the jacket. I received an email on Dec 12th letting me know my order had shipped on the 10th. Their customer service is so concerned about my experience that I received an email to apologize for the delay in letting me know my purchase shipped. I never felt like there was a delay.
