Working with CLJ was as good of an experience as I could have imagined. I had a lot of questions for them (before committing to CLJ and during the process), a detailed design for the embroidery, and a relatively quick turnaround time. To say I was a high maintenance customer would be an understatement. Waseem and his team were amazing throughout the experience. They were attentive, extremely flexible, and delivered the highest quality product. They replied to my many emails promptly and made every effort to make sure my needs were met, even with they went slightly beyond the original scope of their work. When the jackets were sent to me for review, I realized the placement of the image on the back of the jacket would be better if it were a little bit lower and they were happy to re-do the stitching to get the placement perfect at no extra cost. It was obvious from beginning to end that they cared about making a great product and make sure that I was a happy customer. I was looking between a few places when deciding to make my jacket and am thrilled that I chose CLJ. Between the affordable prices, the customer service, and the quality of the work, they do it right. If you’re making a custom jacket, I absolutely recommend you go with CLJ.
