Jacket looks great, and will be ordering again very soon. Real leather sleeves, and a nice comfortable fit. Made very well, just as good, if not better, than you’d find in any clothing store, and they make it custom, whatever you want on it. I thought the wool body would be a more heavy wool material, but it’s still absolutely fantastic. My only real complaint isn’t the jacket itself or the customer service (they are wonderful and they responded to my emails and questions), it’s the website, I’m trying to create a jacket and add my own images (JPG picture file) to the back and to the left shoulder, but when I click Add Image and then click Browse, nothing happens, my images don’t pop up so I can select one to add to the jacket, and I have no idea how to add an image to the jacket. I plan on ordering another jacket on May 1st this coming Monday, and I’m hoping to find a way to put images on it. Perhaps what I’ll do is email them the pictures. Anyway, great jacket, great customer service, and after the jacket was made (that part takes a while), it was mailed to me and I got it within just a few days. Definitely will be ordering again, and definitely would recommend to anyone. Thanks CLJ!
