I was very weary ordering a custom jacket online. Like VERY! BUT the overall experience was great. Their online site is not very intuitive in that you need to save everything before going to the next step, but after reviewing my order and contacting them, Wasseem got it sorted immediately. They send a proof before shipping as well. Sizing is definitely small so go up 2 sizes. I’m 5’1, 115 lbs and the large ladies fit (with room to spare). Received the jacket today and the quality is amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!
