I ordered my jacket and it was delivered to my house in a promptly manner. Unfortunately the leather on the sleeves was peeling off in layers. I emailed their sales representative pictures of my jacket and he made sure I received a NEW jacket completely FREE. It was also delivered in a very promptly manner.
