Searched for letterman jacket that was not costing too much but still what my daughter wanted. Easy to order, just takes some time to decide the details. There were more choices than I thought! Good email communication about status and about double checking the order when done. Gave it to her yesterday and she was just thrilled! she loved it and her name came out very legible as I had asked. They did a nice job and it came within a reasonable amount of time.
