We started browsing for a letterman’s jacket for our daughter about a month ago. We went to couple of different local shops who were charging two-three times more than CLJ. Also the wait time was at least four months! We decided to browse online and found CLJ. Like others have mentioned, we were are first weary about ordering a custom letterman’s jacket, but we took the risk. Turns out it was no risk because this is a top-notch company. CLJ’s communication with its customer is what all companies should strive for. They have been in communication with us since we placed our order, providing us updates during the process. The shipping was extremely fast, considering where it’s coming from (Pakistan to Washington State in four days). The quality of the jacket is great and I will not hesitate to order from the again when the need arises. I will recommend to friends and family. The colors of the jacket are exactly like we saw in the photos provided by CLJ prior to shipping. Suggestion: I would recommend you order at least one size up if you wear American sizes. For example, our daughter is a U.S. women’s size Medium, and the jacket ended up being small. CLJ remedied the problem and we now are awaiting her jacket in a women’s size X-large. We went up two sizes to give her room to put on a sweater underneath. To sum it up: CLJ is a great company to do business with. If only all online businesses had their kind of service!
