I purchased a custom varsity jacket from CLJ, and this has truly been one of my best purchase experiences ever. The sales head was in constant contact from the moment they received my ordered, and I could see that they were giving my custom order full attention, while also taking care to get every little detail right. If you order a custom jacket be sure to send very accurate measurements. The process took about 2 weeks, and the shipping was insanely fast. For the price, top quality materials and amount of effort CLJ put into my jacket it was well worth every penny and the short wait until it arrived. Not only would I recommend CLJ to friends and family, I intend to purchase more jackets from them in the future - 5 stars on every level!

I found what I was looking for ... for years ...

Always wanted a Letterman jacket to my own specs ... found CLOTHOO and gave them the chance to satisfy my special needs. Waseem was ever so quick to answer and help, he gave good advice where needed and followed my custom requests where wanted. The wool-body material is fine, the quilted lining thick enough for a shilly winter in Germany, leather quality of the sleeves is sturdy in exact the color I wanted. Delivery & shipping was way faster than expected (custom sized order with chest- and sleeve-patch from order to delivery in 11 working days). Critique so far ... cut and shape should be offered in an additional SLIM-fit version (for those without the football-body) ... optional/additional zipper (plus the buttons), smaller inner pocket / or slim the inner pocket and have a zipper- or button-closure (for the mobile-phone). As I plan a second jacket atm, I will see if CLOTHOO can come up with some corrections for me ... so far; both thumbs up.

Extremely Satisfied

My jacket was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and didn't take six to eight weeks to arrive like other sites. Waseem emailed me pictures of the jacket and lengths for approval before it was sent and made adjustments to the things I requested. My jacket is beautiful and I am more than happy with the customer service and results. It was less expensive than other custom jacket sites and the quality of the jacket is excellent. I would definitely order from here again :)

The product is good, website not so much

I purchase custom jackets for my club wrestlers as they finish elementary and transition into Jr. High. I love the jackets. They are great quality jackets, look good and hold up well. The price of the jackets is very good. The website has a fair amount of glitches to it though! Wording is hard to put it and payment is a pain in the butt. If you can deal with that it is a good product.

Great service

I ordered this jacket as a sample jacket for a sports organization that I help out with. In the past, we have spent over $200 and the quality has not been anywhere near what I got here and I spent less. The customer service was great. I think I sent at least a dozen emails making sure everything was right. I was impressed by the photos that were sent before it was shipped to me. CLJ Definately has my business in the future.

The customer service was amazing. I was very nervous when I realized the items were shipping from Pakistan, that they would not get here in time. But customer service promised it would be here before Christmas and it was! I wish they had some more font styles and I wish the logo had been the smaller size I requested, but overall this product was great. My daughter loved this more than any other Christmas Present she got this year!

Amazing Experience

This was an amazing experience! I looked around for months and no one was willing/able to make this jacket for me. Finally they said they could! I sent artwork and measurements and we measured three times to make sure it fit. Every message had an update with the art and measurements to make sure we were on the same page. Shipping was fast as well. Couldn't be happier!

Jacket looks great, and will be ordering again very soon. Real leather sleeves, and a nice comfortable fit. Made very well, just as good, if not better, than you'd find in any clothing store, and they make it custom, whatever you want on it. I thought the wool body would be a more heavy wool material, but it's still absolutely fantastic. My only real complaint isn't the jacket itself or the customer service (they are wonderful and they responded to my emails and questions), it's the website, I'm trying to create a jacket and add my own images (JPG picture file) to the back and to the left shoulder, but when I click Add Image and then click Browse, nothing happens, my images don't pop up so I can select one to add to the jacket, and I have no idea how to add an image to the jacket. I plan on ordering another jacket on May 1st this coming Monday, and I'm hoping to find a way to put images on it. Perhaps what I'll do is email them the pictures. Anyway, great jacket, great customer service, and after the jacket was made (that part takes a while), it was mailed to me and I got it within just a few days. Definitely will be ordering again, and definitely would recommend to anyone. Thanks CLJ!

The jacket is made well but..

The jacket is made well. The embroidery was poor quality as you see the material through the threading. Sections that were to have spaces had thread going through them instead. Could not see the imperfections in the images sent prior to receiving the item. Details within the design are nonexistent.

CLJ is amazing. The quality of jackets is wonderful -- they show you a preview of the custom jacket before they ship it out, which wasn't something I expected at all. I noticed that something didn't look right, honestly due to my own mistake when ordering, and mentioned it to them -- and they gave me a phone call right away asking me what I'd like to do to change it! After it was completed! I was so happy and customer service is amazing and it was made quickly and arrived fast.

Perfect varsity jacket

I needed four very specific jackets that were slightly different from the CLJ's blank jackets. After reaching out to the team I was able to get a custom color and jacket style created all still at a reasonable price. I'm glad I went through these guys

I looked at a lot of websites before I decided on CLJ. Like a lot of people, I wasn't sure about how legitimate a company overseas would be, but I can definitely say they are. The jacket is very warm, and the real leather just feels quality. It took a relatively short time to get here, about 2 days less than what was estimated actually. This is surprising especially because I'm all the way in California. They were cool with the purchase even though I was indecisive at first. The only gripe I have is that my jacket came a little smaller than expected, but that's on me and absolutely normal for my measurements. Overall this a great company to get many types of styles of custom varsity jackets and I would absolutely recommend CLJ. I just got it today and I can already tell it's better than most if not all the lettermans I've seen at my school.
